"Previously, I had smooth transactions..."
In the past, I had smooth transactions, but my orders from August and October were both paid for and never delivered. I didn’t catch the problem with the first order until my daughter mentioned she hadn’t received it after I placed the second one. They don’t answer calls or reply to customer emails.

"Immediate Charge but No Order Received"
I got charged instantly, but my order hasn’t shown up yet, and nobody’s picking up my calls or replying to my emails. If this keeps up, I’m gonna file a complaint on the government site for online shopping. This is really frustrating!

"Awesome initial experience"
Awesome initial experience. Now I'm in the same boat as everyone else. They took my money and aren't answering my calls or emails. Not sure if something happened over there or what. This really stinks! I hope they can sort it out soon.

"Avoid this company; they’re a complete scam!"
I paid them, but they never delivered the products and have ignored all my emails and calls. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this business. They’re just a total scam!!!

"Avoid This Business at All Costs"
This company is a total scam. I dropped $100 on service dog gear, and after waiting a whole month, it never even shipped. I've sent several emails, but no one has bothered to reply. They only have a voicemail box, so good luck trying to reach a real person. If you don’t want to lose your money, steer clear of this so-called 'business.'

"Disappointed with My Second Order Experience"
I was thrilled when my first order arrived, but my second experience has been a letdown. After placing another order, I waited weeks without any word on shipping. I reached out via email twice for an update, but didn’t get a reply. So, I decided to call customer support and left a message about my order status, but still no one has gotten back to me. It’s a stark contrast from my initial order. At this rate, I might have to dispute the charge. Really bummed about this. Bridget

AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS. I PLACED MY ORDER AND PAID THREE MONTHS BACK. NOT A SINGLE REPLY FROM THEM EVEN AFTER SENDING MULTIPLE EMAILS. PLUS, IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE FOR STRESS FREE PAWS, BUT THE TITLE KEEPS GETTING CHANGED FOR CLEAR REASONS!

"A few years back, I got a vest and..."
A few years back, I got a vest and some ID cards from Free My Paws. In the past year, I decided to get another vest along with updated ID cards. One of the cards I keep in my pocket had some letters worn off. I shot over an email with a picture of it. They happily replaced the card with a new one. Awesome customer service!

"Customer service was super helpful"
The customer service was really great. They got quite busy, so when I left a message, it took a couple of days for them to get back to me. But all in all, I’d definitely use them again. Jared was a big help.

"Problems with My Order Delivery"
I'm facing some trouble with my order. I clearly indicated the destination for my package. Unfortunately, it hasn't arrived yet since it was sent to the incorrect address. I must say, customer service was quite helpful, I’ll give them that. Still, I'm really frustrated because I need my order, and it might not arrive in time for my plans!!! If this issue gets sorted out and I receive my order soon, I’ll update my review, but right now, I'm pretty upset.

We really dig this company! We rely on them for service documents and vests that we give to our veterans. Free My Paws is an awesome business with excellent customer support, and we've been working with them for quite a few years now.

"Free My Paws is Simply Awesome!"
I really adore Free My Paws!!! They’re just fantastic!!! Super friendly, helpful, and totally chill. The company registers your service animal for free, and you can snag picture IDs, service tags, and other stuff at the best prices online. I've told a bunch of folks about them, and I’ll keep spreading the word.
